My boy was exactly the same, nothing has helped and the back of his throat was raw, been on Mutian for about 8 weeks and his mouth looks incredible, he is gaining weight nicely. He still has immune issues but his mouth looks so much better and he is able to eat without pawing his face. Yes it was hard to pill him but i am so glad we persevered
